Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking a senior AI-driven pricing leader to own pricing, incentives, and supply planning across hundreds of markets. You will collaborate with Product, Growth, Finance, and Operations to build a scalable, AI-first pricing system and optimize marketplace balance between customers and Pro partners.

You will design experiments, own end-to-end outcomes, and drive real-time pricing decisions with an emphasis on rapid execution and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in analytics, business or related field, or 7+ years of experience in marketplace supply and demand, operations or equivalent roles.
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces and pricing dynamics.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end outcomes with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing, incentives, and supply planning across markets.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Growth, Finance and Operations.
• Build and utilize AI tools to accelerate pricing and market optimization.
• Design and run experiments to test pricing and incentive changes.
