Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking an elite AI builder to own the marketplace dynamics, pricing, incentives, and supply planning across hundreds of markets. You will lead end-to-end execution, starting as an individual contributor reporting to the COO, with hiring later after proving the model’s viability.

You will partner with Product, Growth, Finance, and Operations to balance customer satisfaction with pros’ economics, and you’ll drive the AI-first approach using Brain to accelerate decisions and scale.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered marketplace systems.
• Strong capability in pricing, incentives, and supply planning.
• Proven ability to work across Product, Growth, Finance and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing, incentives, and supply planning end-to-end.
• Build dynamic pricing and testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product for matching and distribution.
• Forecast demand and plan supply across markets.
