Anthony & Sylvan Pools, a national leader in inground pools, seeks a Director of FP&A and Finance Transformation to redefine planning, forecasting, and reporting with an AI-first mindset. You will lead enterprise-wide finance modernization and partner with executives to translate numbers into strategic actions.

In this high-visibility role, you will drive automation, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision support, shaping the future of the finance function across divisions and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of FP&A, financial analytics, or finance transformation experience.
• Experience redesigning, automating, or modernizing financial processes.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and Board-level reporting.
• Experience in a multi-division or decentralized environment with centralized oversight preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Drive AI-first finance transformation, automate manual processes.
• Evaluate AI-enabled technologies and partner with IT and external vendors.
• Lead performance analysis linking financial results to operational drivers.
• Develop dashboards, executive and Board presentations with ROI/NPV/IRR analyses.
