Job summary

Squarespace, based in New York City, seeks a Senior Director of FP&A to lead a high-performing finance team and partner with the President and executive leadership. You will own P&L across all product lines and drive AI-enabled finance transformation.

You’ll report to the Vice President of Finance & Revenue Operations and contribute to long-range planning, board-level reporting, and strategic investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related strategic finance roles.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Leadership & Finance Capability Building to develop FP&A talent and scalable practices.
• Serve as a Senior Advisor to the President & Executive Leadership Team with financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Own end-to-end Product P&L across all product lines and lead budgeting and rolling forecast cycles.
• Drive Finance Transformation & AI initiatives to automate and scale planning and reporting.
