Job summary

LHH is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A function and partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and executive reporting, while guiding a small team of financial analysts.

The ideal candidate will drive modernization of the finance function by leveraging technology and AI to enhance reporting, analysis, and overall efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Experience leading a team of financial analysts.
• Experience preparing executive- and Board-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare financial and management reporting for executive leadership and the Board.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts.
• Partner with senior finance leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Support financial modeling related to acquisitions, licensing, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers.
• Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting, and efficiency.
• Help evaluate and implement AI and technology within the finance function.
