Fountain is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A & AI Transformation to lead AI-driven FP&A initiatives and redesign how finance operates. This role blends hands-on financial planning with building agentic automation across the finance stack, reporting to the Head of Finance, and partnering with leadership to accelerate business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A foundation in a SaaS/high-growth tech company.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or AI-driven automation.
• Proven experience using AI to automate work in a business context.
• Strong financial modeling skills and solid SaaS metrics knowledge.
• Technical fluency and comfort with data tools.

Responsibilities

• Transform finance through AI and automation across FP&A, accounting, and reporting.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and SaaS metrics reporting.
• Connect systems and data across the finance stack (Rillet, Runway, Airbase, Salesforce, Rippling).
• Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows in finance operations.
• Provide hands-on finance leadership with cross-functional collaboration.
