Qualifications

• Doctorate, or Masters/Bachelors with 4–10 years in commercial analytics, sales planning & insights and/or GenAI solutions experience.
• Experience managing people or leading teams, projects, or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, execution, and adoption of AI-enabled field initiatives.
• Partner with Field Leadership, Commercial, and Tech teams to integrate AI, analytics, and digital capabilities.
• Define success metrics and drive adoption, productivity, and business impact.
