Amgen seeks an Associate Director for Neural Nexus – Agentic AI Business Solutions to lead prioritized AI use cases from design to rollout in Thousand Oaks, CA. This on-site role moves quickly across analytics, CD&A, and engineering teams to deliver value with precision.

You will drive delivery plans, ensure alignment with priorities, and manage readiness activities including UAT and system integration while partnering with business users for adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of commercial analytics, sales planning & insights and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience.
• Master’s degree and 5 years of commercial analytics, sales planning & insights and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of commercial analytics, sales planning & insights and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience.
• Associate’s degree and 12 years of commercial analytics, sales planning & insights and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience.
• High school diploma / GED and 14 years of commercial analytics and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience

Responsibilities

• Complete delivery plans for assigned Agentic AI use cases, ensuring alignment with Neural Nexus priorities and achievement timelines.
• Lead end-to-end execution of Agentic AI solutions from intake through deployment, ensuring design, development, testing, and rollout are completed to specification.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between CD&A, Commercial Insights, and AI&D for correct scoping and configuration for maximum impact.
• Provide status updates and delivery dashboards, align solution rollout timing with program achievements, and communicate implications of AI outputs to business partners.
• Coordinate training sessions, office hours, and enablement resources to ensure business users can confidently use the deployed solutions.
• Support change management with comms, onboarding, and process readiness; iterate on delivery processes and documentation
