Job summary

Amgen seeks an Associate Director for Agentic AI Business Solutions in Thousand Oaks, CA. This role drives end-to-end GenAI initiatives across commercial analytics and sales planning, coordinating with CD&A, AI&D, and engineering teams to deliver measurable business value.

You’ll lead design, development, testing, rollout, and training of Agentic AI solutions, ensuring timely delivery and clear handoffs while maintaining high standards of reliability and impact.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master’s/Bachelor’s/Associate’s/High school requirements in commercial analytics and GenAI solutions experience.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into GenAI capabilities with delivery focus.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing complex AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NN Agentic AI solutions delivery from intake to deployment.
• Drive agile cycles with AI/ML and Engineering teams to meet business needs.
• Coordinate readiness activities, including UAT and system integration.
• Provide status updates and dashboards on delivery health.
