The role requires senior-level collaboration, strong strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering transformation across complex biopharma businesses.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 7+ years of project management experience or Bachelor's with 9+ years.
• At least 4 years of leadership overseeing teams, programs, or projects.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical commercial strategy and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for BHBU, aligning marketing, sales, and cross-functional partners.
• Lead annual and long-range planning, governance forums, and performance reviews.
• Drive adoption of AI tools to improve analytics and decision-making.
• Translate priorities into integrated plans with clear ownership across functions.
• Interface with Global partners to share information and align strategies.
