You will personally build engagements, negotiate complex agreements, and collaborate with delivery and legal teams to drive expansion while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in client partnership or enterprise account management.
• Experience supporting large technology or hyperscale accounts, preferably Magnificent 7.
• Domain exposure to consumer social/product platforms and AI research organizations.
• Experience in AI data services and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a $10M+ book of business within Magnificent 7 clients.
• Acquire and develop new engagements across product and research teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations and complex enterprise agreements.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, and program management to meet commitments.
• Shaping roadmap and delivery priorities based on client needs.
