Responsibilities include driving AI services growth, pursuing new business, and guiding engagements from strategy to implementation while developing differentiated market offerings and strong partner networks.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in senior leadership roles in consulting, utilities, technology, AI, data, or analytics.
• Proven track record of developing and winning complex AI, data, and analytics opportunities.

For our client, we are seeking a Director - AI & Data - Energy Providers to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader will shape AI and data growth within the energy provider sector, translating utility industry needs into practical strategies that create measurable client value. The role will drive new business development, lead strategic pursuits, and deepen executive relationships across technology and operations. You will also guide AI and data engagements from strategy through implementation while helping define differentiated offerings that align to market demand.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $206,000 - $343,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of AI and analytics services in the energy providers market.
• Identify and convert client needs into new AI and data opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, computer science, information systems, business, economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, utilities, technology, AI, data, or analytics in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of developing and winning complex AI, data, and analytics opportunities.
• Strong utility industry knowledge with the ability to engage with executives across technology and operations.
• Experience leading AI and data engagements from strategy to implementation.
• Deep understanding of AI and data ecosystems, including cloud technologies and machine learning.
• Exceptional executive communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
