Ladders is seeking a Director - AI & Data - Energy Providers to shape AI and data growth for energy providers. Remote work with senior leadership exposure and opportunities to translate utility needs into practical, measurable client value.

Responsibilities include driving AI services growth, pursuing new business, and guiding engagements from strategy to implementation while developing differentiated market offerings and strong partner networks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
10+ years in senior leadership roles in consulting, utilities, technology, AI, data, or analytics.
Proven track record of developing and winning complex AI, data, and analytics opportunities.

Responsibilities

Drive growth of AI and analytics services in the energy providers market.
Identify and convert client needs into new AI and data opportunities.
Lead strategic pursuits from initial conversations to contract award.
Develop go-to-market strategies and build relationships with technology partners.
Lead AI and data engagements, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
Translate utility challenges into actionable AI and data strategies.
Guide the development of differentiated offerings based on market needs.
