Responsibilities

• Define and lead AI & GenAI strategy for electric, gas, and water utilities.
• Advise CIO, CTO, CDO, and business leaders on AI-led operating model transformation.
• Architect and deliver end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions from concept to production.
• Lead large-scale AI programs across grid operations, asset management, customer operations, and energy transition.
• Establish AI governance, Responsible AI, and regulatory compliance (e.g., NERC CIP).
• Build and scale AI teams, Centers of Excellence, and reusable accelerators.
• Support pre-sales, RFPs, executive solutioning, and strategic pursuits.

This role targets senior practitioners with deep strategic advisory experience, strong technical credibility, and a proven track record of building and scaling AI teams and solutions. Candidates who have led AI departments, Centers of Excellence, or founded / operated AI-focused companies will be given strong preference.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and lead AI & GenAI strategy for electric, gas, and water utilities
• Advise CIO, CTO, CDO, and business leaders on AI-led operating model transformation

Preferred Skills / Background

Experience running AI departments, AI CoEs, or small AI-focused companies

• Proven record of building AI teams and scaling production-grade AI solutions

Prior consulting experience with North American utilities Certifications
