Guidehouse seeks an experienced Director to lead our AI & Data practice within Energy Providers. You will drive growth, build trusted client relationships, lead strategic AI/data engagements, and develop a high-performing team across utility functions and Guidehouse capabilities.

You will translate business challenges into practical AI/data roadmaps and solutions, shaping market offerings and driving measurable value for clients. Strong executive communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, utilities, technology, AI, data, or analytics with senior leadership responsibilities.
• Proven success developing and winning complex AI, data, analytics or technology opportunities.
• Strong utility industry knowledge with credibility with executives and business leaders.
• Experience leading complex AI, data, analytics engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Strong understanding of modern AI/data ecosystems including data platforms, cloud technologies, data engineering, advanced analytics, ML, generative AI, governance.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with clients, technology partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and senior professionals.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth of AI, data, and analytics services across the Energy Providers market.
• Identify, shape, and convert client needs into opportunities spanning AI strategy, data strategy, governance, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Lead strategic pursuits from early conversations through capture, solution development, proposals, and contracts.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and build relationships with technology partners for differentiated solutions.
• Lead AI, data, and analytics engagements delivering high-quality outcomes and client value.
• Translate utility challenges into AI/data roadmaps, solutions, and implementation approaches.
• Bring together domain expertise, data science, engineering, architecture, and change capabilities to deliver integrated solutions.
• Guide development of differentiated offerings, accelerators, and analytical solutions based on market needs.
• Coach and develop leaders and staff; oversee workforce planning, staffing, utilization, and career development.
• Represent AI & Data across Guidehouse, collaborating with account teams and industry leaders.
