Job summary

Verizon is seeking an AI Connect Business Development Leader for Global Enterprise to drive the deployment of AI-enabled connectivity and Dark Fiber infrastructure. You will lead a results-focused BD team, forge C-suite partnerships, and shape GTM strategy across key industries to accelerate AI adoption.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage complex client relationships, and guide strategic initiatives to expand high-capacity fiber foundations and enterprise modernization

Qualifications

• Expertise in Dark Fiber infrastructure and high-capacity networking.
• Proven leadership in complex, fast-paced business development environments.
• Experience building and scaling business development teams.
• Strategic vision for integrating physical fiber into AI connectivity frameworks.
• Experience engaging Fortune 1000 executives and enterprise partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance BD team focused on Dark Fiber deployment and AI-driven connectivity.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships centered on AI transformation.
• Execute the GTM strategy for the AI Connect portfolio, with Dark Fiber as core enabler.
• Cultivate partnerships with Global Enterprise clients across 5 verticals.
• Drive revenue growth and adoption of AI-forward product sets.
• Collaborate with Verizon Business account teams on AI Connect positioning.
• Mentor and motivate a high-performing team within a matrix environment.
