Job summary

Verizon seeks an AI Connect Sales Leader to drive strategic direction and sales performance for Dark Fiber and AI-enabled connectivity. You will lead high-performance teams, build executive partnerships, and execute GTM plans for a portfolio shaping AI workloads with high-capacity fiber foundations.

You will foster AI ecosystem partnerships, scale leadership teams, and align physical fiber assets with AI transformation to keep Verizon as the preferred partner for AI-forward connectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience in fast-paced sales environments.
• Expertise in Dark Fiber infrastructure and high-capacity networking.
• Experience leading and developing sales leadership teams.
• Strategic vision for integrating physical fiber with AI connectivity frameworks.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and executive-level outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales teams focused on deployment of Dark Fiber infrastructure and AI-driven connectivity solutions.
• Build and manage client relationships centered on AI transformation and AI-focused partnerships.
• Execute GTM strategy for AI Connect portfolio, prioritizing Dark Fiber for AI workloads.
• Cultivate partnerships with hyperscalers and AI vendors to accelerate adoption.
• Drive revenue growth and profitable adoption of high-margin AI-forward product sets.
• Collaborate with Verizon Business hyperscaler/SI teams to position AI Connect.
• Mentor and motivate a high-performing team with a culture of collaboration and agility.
