Job summary

OCHIN is a nonprofit leader in health care innovation with a national provider network and a virtual workforce across 49 states. The Director of Advisory Services builds the advisory practice, creates repeatable methods, and coaches leaders to deliver proactive, value-driven member engagements.

You will partner across Finance, Legal, and Member Success to design offerings, measure impact, and ensure quality standards while traveling up to 25% for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in health care consulting or advisory services.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership or coaching responsibility.
• Experience building or evolving a consulting/advisory function.
• Experience developing consulting methods, service standards, or playbooks.
• Willingness to travel 15–25%.

Responsibilities

• Establish operating model and quality standards for advisory services.
• Develop repeatable engagement frameworks for discovery and recommendations.
• Create tools, playbooks, and ROI resources.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to design offerings and measurement.
• Lead and coach Strategic Advisors and other staff.
• Lead complex client engagements and advise senior executives.
