Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in policy, healthcare, law or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in government affairs, public policy, healthcare or related areas.
• Ability to build relationships with state leaders and policymakers.
• Strong understanding of state government operations and healthcare policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute state affairs strategy across priority states.
• Build relationships with state policymakers, Medicaid leaders, governors' offices, legislators, and agencies.
• Monitor state legislative and regulatory developments and advise leadership.
• Navigate politically sensitive environments with diplomacy and judgment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy and opportunities.
