Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. seeks a Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant (Ambulatory) to optimize member revenue cycle performance through expert guidance, technical assistance, and training.

The role focuses on designing innovative learning solutions, analyzing operations, and driving measurable improvements across health centers. Responsibilities include leading member consultations, curriculum design, and coordinating trainings with project partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Revenue Cycle and billing experience in a similar or relevant role.
• Experience with EHR software, Epic preferred; PB/HB Resolute or related modules is a plus.
• Experience in or with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health center is required.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle and financial principles.
• Agile Thinking: gathers data, reviews for non-conformity, and seeks further information.

Responsibilities

• Work with health center teams on projects to refine Revenue Cycle and implement best practices.
• Design, develop, and implement assessments/consults around Revenue Cycle performance and TA needs.
• Coordinate member consultations, plan meetings, and prepare content for discussions.
• Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate learning sessions/trainings with project partners.
