Job summary

Hanwha Vision is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the Access Control product line. You will lead a team of PMs while remaining hands-on with roadmap, requirements, and day-to-day execution for cloud-managed software and hardware within the unified BLAZE platform.

You will work with engineering in the US and Korea, UX, sales, and partners to define strategy, drive features from concept through launch, and balance customer needs with technical feasibility while growing the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years leading PMs.
• Hands-on PM in access control, security, or related B2B hardware/software.
• Knowledge of credentialing, controllers/readers, and RBAC.
• Experience shipping hardware-attached software from discovery to GA.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with exec-facing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Access Control.
• Author PRDs, user stories, and detailed requirements for priority features.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from discovery through delivery with engineering.
• Collaborate with US and Korea teams, UX, sales, and partners across time zones.
• Define metrics, monitor adoption, and report post-launch performance.
