Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the security product strategy end to end, including vision, roadmap, and build vs buy decisions. You will set multi-year investment strategies for security offerings and work closely with engineering on database security, networking, and IAM.

You will lead a team of PMs, translate complex security requirements into actionable specs, and partner across engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship truly secure products while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS with security focus.
• Hands-on knowledge of database security principles.
• Strong understanding of networking security.
• Deep IAM knowledge.
• Security certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).
• Proven track record representing products externally.
• Mentors PMs and communicates complex topics clearly.
• Ability to balance strategic and tactical decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for security.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship secure products.
• Translate security requirements into specs and user stories.
• Prioritize backlog balancing business value and risk.
• Drive go-to-market for security launches.
• Monitor security feature performance with data-driven decisions.
• Provide guidance to PMs on security-adjacent problems.
• Represent security roadmap externally to customers and analysts.
