Job summary

Hanwha Vision America is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Utilities & Critical Infrastructure vertical in a remote-US capacity. You will drive new-logo growth across electric, water, and gas utilities while building senior relationships and guiding multi-site rollouts.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of business development or enterprise sales in physical security, video surveillance, utility technology or industrial automation.
• Deep knowledge of the utility ecosystem, procurement processes, and RFPs.
• Strong understanding of NERC CIP-014/CIP-006 and AWIA risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• New-logo hunting and national vertical strategy to win utility accounts.
• Build trust-based relationships with utility security and compliance leaders.
• Coordinate with regional sales, A&E, system integrators and EPCs to win multi-site rollouts.
• Influence standards and interoperability with enterprise VMS/PSIM platforms.
• Support funding navigation, RFP timelines, and pipeline forecasting.
