Job summary

Hanwha Vision America is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Hardware) to lead product strategy and execution for our B2B surveillance portfolio. You will collaborate with hardware and software PMs, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Field Engineering, and Technical Support, coordinating with our Korea HQ throughout development and lifecycle, and mentoring other PMs.

The role emphasizes translating customer needs into MRD/PRD, owning lifecycle, analyzing markets, and driving launch readiness; travel up to 20%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or related).
• 8+ years in B2B electronics; surveillance experience preferred.
• Experience defining APIs and SDKs with engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience writing AI/ML model requirements (accuracy, latency).
• Strong technical background in IP networking and edge deployment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into MRD/PRD with detailed feature sets.
• Own full product lifecycle from introduction to end of life.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, R&D, sales, and marketing teams.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new products.
• Drive development schedules and ensure on-time launches.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
