Job summary

Hanwha Vision America is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Hardware) to lead product strategy and execution for our B2B surveillance portfolio. You will collaborate with hardware and software PMs, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Field Engineering, and Technical Support to drive products from concept through end of life.

You will work daily with our Korea HQ during development and lifecycle, mentor other PMs, and travel up to 20% (including international).

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B electronics; security/surveillance experience preferred.
• Engineering degree and strong IP networking background.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem solving.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into MRD/PRD with detailed feature sets and workflows.
• Own product lifecycle from introduction to end of life, with market analysis.
• Conduct testing and provide feedback to global product teams.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new products.
• Collaborate with Marketing to bring products to market.
• Prioritize features based on stakeholder input and timelines.
• Manage schedules, identify risks, and ensure on-time launches.
• Act as SME on products and competitive positioning.
