Hanwha Vision America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Hardware) to drive strategy and execution for our B2B surveillance portfolio. You will collaborate with hardware and software teams, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Field Engineering, and Technical Support across global lifecycles, from concept through end-of-life.

You will own market analysis, MRD/PRD creation, and product validation, coordinating with international teams and mentors while travelling up to 20% to customer sites and events.

Formación

• 8+ years in B2B electronics or surveillance industry.
• Strong IP networking knowledge and industry trend awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and collaborate with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Translate customer requirements into MRD/PRD, define features and workflows.
• Own full product lifecycle from introduction to end of life, including market analysis.
• Conduct product testing and provide feedback to global product teams.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new products and features.
• Lead pricing, value propositions, and use cases for the B2B surveillance market.
• Drive product development with Marketing Communications for market launches.
• Prioritize features based on stakeholder feedback and business goals.
• Manage development schedules, risks, and ensure timely launches.
• Serve as SME on products and competitive positioning in the market.
• Travel up to 20%, including international travel.
