Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director HR – Aerospace and Defense (A&D) to lead HR strategy across IE and IS units.

You will partner with BU leaders to align HR with enterprise strategy, drive organizational development, succession planning, and employee relations across high-growth contexts. The role reports to the VP, HR – A&D and will work with COEs to deliver total rewards, HR technology, and talent management initiatives, while ensuring regulatory compliance and executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of HR experience in high growth, fast paced environments; A&D experience preferred.
• HR professional certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and state employment laws; executive presence and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in change management, organizational design, and talent management.
• Co-lead A&D initiatives in talent, performance and other priority focus areas.
• Design and execute against business imperatives: growth, margin, and acquisitions.
• Develop, coach, and mobilize HR leaders; ensure policy compliance and corporate HR alignment.
• Collaborate with COEs for total rewards, talent acquisition, learning, and HR shared services.
