The position includes a $20.00/hour pay rate, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a first-shift schedule with phone stipend. Requires high school diploma or GED and relevant health experience; CPR and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; health-related associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years with individuals who have developmental or mental health needs.
• CPR, first aid and background checks as part of pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two or more Direct Support Employees and plan daily work.
• Interview, hire recommendations, and training of staff as needed.
• Provide after-hours/on-call coverage; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure staff meet training requirements and maintain safety/quality.
• Support individuals with personal goals through an Individual Support Plan.
