Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to lead Direct Care staff in delivering developmental care services. This entry-level supervisor role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to coordinate client goals within individualized plans.

The position includes responsibilities such as supervising staff, coordinating services, and ensuring quality care in residential and day program settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Two years’ experience in a health-related field is desirable.
• CPR certification and first aid training preferred; background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Care staff to ensure quality developmental care services.
• Coordinate services per Individual Support Plan and care plans.
• Provide guidance on day-to-day activities and support client goals.
• Monitor and document client progress, report to Direct Care Manager.
• Transport clients to and from day programs and community activities.
