Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor for the Salisbury/Cleveland, NC area. The role involves direct supervision of a small team in residential settings, coordinating care, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Schedule is full-time, with weekdays 9am–5pm and on-call every other weekend, at a pay rate of $20 per hour. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED (or health-related associate degree) and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree in a health-related area or two years’ health-related experience preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities desired.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability as needed.
• CPR certification preferred or required by some positions.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise two or more employees in a residential setting.
• Interview, hire recommendations, and train employees; plan and direct work; review performance.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the care rotation.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to staff and individuals served.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained home for individuals served.
