Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to oversee residential homes in Lincolnton, NC. You will supervise Direct Support Employees, coordinate daily activities, and ensure adherence to training and safety standards.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED (health field preferred) and prior experience with individuals with developmental disabilities. You will provide on-call coverage, participate in employee reviews, and help people supported achieve

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; health-related degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of Direct Support Employees.
• Manage and oversee residential homes/facilities as assigned.
• Ensure employees meet training requirements and attend required events.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
• Interview, hire recommendations, and training of staff.
• Monitor interactions and feedback with the people supported.
• Maintain clean and safe homes and yards.
• Carry out the responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
