RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Supervisor in North Carolina. The role oversees two or more Direct Support staff, ensures training, and coordinates residential services to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a health-related associate degree is preferred, and a valid driver’s license. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus; on-call coverage is expected.

Formación

• Requires Direct Support Supervisor experience and ability to supervise two or more employees.
• High school diploma or GED; health-related associate degree preferred.
• One year of experience with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to provide on-call coverage.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manages residential homes/facilities as assigned.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support Employees.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
• Ensures employees meet training requirements and attend required events.
• Carries out the responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional.
• All other duties as assigned.
