Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates Direct Support Employees in residential homes/facilities
• Manages assigned time in the residential home/facility
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation
• Ensures cleanliness and safety of the home and yard for the people we support
• Conducts performance reviews and interviews, and participates in hiring decisions
