Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree in health-related area preferred.
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• CPR and/or first aid certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two or more Direct Support Employees and manage scheduling.
• Interview, hire recommendations, and train staff.
• Monitor performance and conduct reviews; provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure training requirements and events are attended; provide after-hours on-call coverage.
