Job summary

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience or training in mental health or human services preferred.

• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to represent the agency positively in the community.
• Experience working in IDD settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement daily activities to promote independence.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and readiness of locations.
• Document progress notes and required records accurately.
• Support activities of daily living and medication administration assistance.
• Communicate professionally with families, partners, and staff.
• Attend meetings and complete trainings as assigned.
