Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in mental health, special education, or human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily activities support to individuals with IDD in a person-centered, organized manner.
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence and well-being.
• Document progress notes and required documentation accurately and timely.
• Support health, safety, and transportation needs; assist with medications as trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at each location.
