Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to represent the agency positively in the community.
• Experience or training in human services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan daily activities and supports with recipients and supervisor.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living to promote independence and quality of life.
• Maintain organized documentation, progress notes, and records.
• Follow safety, health, and regulatory requirements and report issues promptly.
• Provide supervision and support as part of a team in group home or community settings.
