Job summary

Out of the Box Solutions, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work one-on-one with individuals with ID/DD in Oregon City. You will support daily routines, help clients engage with the community, and follow care plans to help them achieve personal goals.

You’ll collaborate with families and your team, complete notes, and ensure safety and well-being at all times. The role requires 18+ years old, a HS diploma, 1+ year caregiving, a valid license, smartphone, and background

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must pass all state-required background checks and meet ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client).
• Help clients get into the community and stay engaged.
• Follow care plans and goals.
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Complete notes and documentation.
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times.
