Job summary

Grow Developmental Disability Solutions in Oregon seeks Direct Support Workers to help children and adults with ID/DD live more independent lives, providing one-on-one support in daily routines and community activities. Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must be able to pass state background checks and meet employment eligibility.
• CPR/First Aid/AED or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and personal care with clients.
• Help clients engage with community activities.
• Follow care plans and goals.
• Communicate with families and the care team.
• Complete notes and documentation; ensure safety and well-being.
