Out of the Box Solutions is seeking a dedicated DSP to work one-on-one with individuals with ID/DD in Oregon City. You will support daily routines, community engagement, and personal goals in a respectful, empowering way, focusing on independence and meaningful outcomes.

You'll follow care plans, document notes, communicate with families and the care team, and ensure safety at all times. This role offers flexible scheduling, a compassionate team, and a chance to make a real difference each day.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must be able to pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client).
• Help clients get into the community and stay engaged.
• Follow care plans and goals.
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Complete notes and documentation.
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times.
