Job summary

Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living tasks, transportation, community participation, and adherence to support plans in a compassionate team setting.

The role is part-time, with a rotating schedule (Sun 9a-4p, Mon 2p-10p, Tue 2p-10p, Wed 1p-10p, Thu 2p-10p) and pays $17.50–$19.00 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time or $500 for part-time;

• Accompany to medical appointments, community activities, and outings; follow support plans and medical guidelines.
