Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role includes helping with daily living tasks, attending medical appointments, managing community activities, and following support plans to promote independence. Responsibilities

• Assist adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate actively in their lives.
• Help with daily living tasks: household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, teeth brushing.
• Assist them to medical appointments, banking, community activities, outings, and follow medical guidelines.
• Administer medications and follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans.
