Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes helping with daily living activities, accompanying to appointments, and supporting community participation.

We offer paid training, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. 40-hour full-time schedule available with weekend shifts and flexible hours to support program needs.

Responsabilités

• Advocate and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be as active as possible in their lives.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, etc.
