Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication; able to document clearly.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills required.
• Computer literacy and ability to use web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills training in activities of daily living in residential and community settings.
• Maintain daily progress notes, shift checklists, and required documentation.
• Administer medications per MAP guidelines and complete required training.
• Drive a van to transport and accompany individuals as needed.
• Develop positive relationships with guardians and family members.
