Job summary

Bridgewell is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Massachusetts to provide day-to-day assistance to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities in our residential program. The role involves skills training, daily living activities, and community integration.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00am–3:00pm (30 hours/week). Requires a high school diploma or GED or 5+ years’ verified experience; 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 5+ years of verified experience in the same role.
• Minimum 1 year experience with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living skills training and support in residential settings.
• Help people develop independence and decision-making in community activities.
• Ensure compliance with DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF standards and Bridgewell policies.
• Manage medical, clinical, and financial needs for people in services.
• Transport and accompany clients to medical, recreational, and other activities.
