Job summary

Bridgewell, a Massachusetts-based provider of human services, is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities in residential programs. You will support daily living, skill-building, and community participation while ensuring safety and well-being.

Responsibilities include supervising activities, documenting progress, administering medications per MAP regulations, and coordinating with guardians and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Valid US driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living skills and activities.
• Document progress notes and shift checklists.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations when applicable.
• Coordinate with guardians, family members and other stakeholders.
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
