Job summary

Mosaic in Kansas seeks an Associate Direct Support Manager to oversee operations of residential and day services, document progress, and manage meals and facility upkeep. You will coordinate activities, support daily living tasks, and ensure regulatory compliance across programs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/first aid and medication administration certifications, with at least one year in a related field. Daily Pay and education benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid is required (can be obtained after hire).
• Minimum of one year experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety of individuals served and ensure environments and activities comply with regulations.
• Coordinate activities and support individuals with daily living; schedule staff.
• Cover staff shortages and assist with medications and individual program planning teams.
• Plan and prepare meals, ensure diet orders and kitchen sanitation procedures are followed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of activities and progress.
• Intervene in aggressive or inappropriate behavior with appropriate strategies.
• Maintain electronic documentation including activity records and progress.
• Handle petty cash and purchasing groceries or supplies as needed.
• Oversee maintenance of facilities and transportation vehicles.
