Job summary

Mosaic is seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager to help oversee Residential and Day Services programs in Connecticut. You will coordinate activities, document progress, maintain facilities, and assist with meals while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, medication administration certification, CPR/first aid, and at least one year in a related field. Schedule includes Tue–Fri and weekend hours with daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid (obtainable after hire).
• Minimum of one year experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety of individuals served and ensure compliant living environments and programs.
• Assist with operations of residential/day services, coordinate activities and staff schedules.
• Cover staff shortages, administer medications, and participate in individual program planning teams.
• Plan and prepare meals, follow diet orders and kitchen sanitation procedures.
• Support individuals to identify and achieve personal outcomes and maintain progress documentation.
• Intervene with behavioral issues and maintain electronic records of progress.
• Handle petty cash and purchases; oversee facility maintenance and transportation.
