Job summary

Mosaic in Bristol, CT is seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager to help oversee operations of the Residential and Day Services Programs. You will coordinate activities, document progress, maintain facilities, and assist with meals planning and safety compliance.

You’ll support individuals with daily living activities, supervise staff, manage records, and contribute to personal outcomes. The schedule includes evening shifts; certifications in CPR/First Aid are required or obtained after

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid (can obtain after hire).
• Minimum of one year experience working in related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety of individuals served and ensure environments and activities comply with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with managing operations of residential or day services programs, including coordinating activities and staffing.
• Perform duties such as covering staff shortages, administering medications, and participating in planning teams.
• Plan and prepare meals, ensure diet orders and kitchen sanitation are followed.
• Support individuals to identify and achieve personal outcomes and maintain progress records.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation of activities and progress.
• Intervene in case of aggressive behavior and implement behavior programs as appropriate.
• Handle house petty cash and supervise transportation and facility maintenance.
