Job summary

Mosaic seeks a Direct Support Supervisor to join our team in Connecticut. You will coordinate and manage program operations to ensure regulatory compliance, including hiring, training, scheduling staff, coordinating activities, and maintaining detailed records for the individuals served.

This role rewards leadership, collaboration, and thoughtful planning. Schedule typically Monday–Friday day hours with some nights and weekends; benefits include Daily Pay, health insurance, tuition

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a related field is required or preferred.
• Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Certification in medication administration or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the integration of individuals into the community by accompanying them to recreational and social activities
• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals by ensuring living environments and program activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements
• Intervene when aggressive or inappropriate behavior occurs to implement behavior plans and strategies
• Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts when necessary
